How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you place an order the system will automatically generate an order confirmation to you. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Please call us directly or email us with your order number so that we can lookup and intercept your order to make any shipping address changes.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. All shipment costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note, you may incur additional duties and fees once the package arrives in your country.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

Most orders will ship within 2 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking. Orders within the U.S. typically take between 2 to 5 business days to receive. International orders will incur a longer shipping time.

Please keep in mind, some sizes appear online but may not be in stock at our Atelier. Therefore, please add two days for production before your items get shipped.
