We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise purchased only on this site or in the Andine boutique within 7 days after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with both tags intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with the order number.
We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged items. Any items returned under these conditions will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements. We reserve the right to deny returns to customers who return items frequently. Once your return is approved and your item(s) are received, new and unused, you will be refunded back to your card. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you request that we send you a return label as opposed to shipping the item back on your own, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund amount. International orders are not eligible for returns. Gifts may be exchanged for store credit only.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you received a damaged/defective item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo. Once received and approved, we will issue a return label to you. Once the damaged item is received by us, we will ship you a new item immediately.
Andine merchandise purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailers.
Items marked as SALE or items sold using a promotional discount code are not eligible for refund, exchanges or store credit. ALL ANDINE EXCLUSIVE SALE OFFERS OF 20% OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been tailored or altered are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
